This page is about the Runbriel app. The website has no accounts and stores nothing about you; if you emailed us and want that deleted, just write to us.
You can delete your Runbriel account and all its data at any time. Here is how.
1. Delete it yourself (immediately)
- In the Runbriel app, open My account (your photo at the top right).
- Scroll to the very bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete for good.
This deletes straight away: your account and its link to Google, your profile and photo, all plans, logged workouts, your own workouts, extra runs, and your races, shoes and best times.
2. Ask us to delete it
If you can't log in any more, write to privacy@runbriel.com. Please write from the email address of your account, or tell us which Google account you used. Your data is deleted within 30 days and you get a confirmation.
3. Delete only some data
- Injury information and profile photo: Account → Profile.
- A plan: Plan → Manage plan → Delete plan.
- Single workouts of your own plan or extra runs: open them in the calendar and choose Delete workout.
